Customer segmentation

Each offtake point is categorized according to the technical connection to the distribution system and according to the voltage level of the electric equipment that is transmitted from the network to the end-user.

The classification of our current customers is as follows:

medium voltage connection.

Medium-size businesses (MOP)

low voltage connection.
Households (MOO)
 
  • Households (MOO) - customers that are connected to a low-voltage gridwithin the distribution system
  • Medium-size businesses (MOP) - customers that are connected to a medium voltage grid within the distribution system
  • Small business - customers that are connected to a low-voltage gridwithin the distribution system for end-users whose consumption requires low-voltage connection
  • Distribution rate – is the fixed price for the distribution of electricity as defined by the Energy Regulatory Office
